FYI - parking lot is small, but there is tons of street parking all around. Came here for breakfast on a Wednesday morning. We got seated and got service right away! My son ordered chicken pesto omelette w/rice. It came with spinach and melted cheese inside. The pesto wasn't overpowering. There was a great ratio of cheese, chunks of chicken and spinach to egg. I got the Kalua pork eggs Benedict w/rice. It was delicious! The hollandaise sauce wasn't too rich. The portion size was perfect! My daughter got the lox bagel sandwich. She loved how everything was deconstructed. The bagel was slightly toasted, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. My other son got the banana stuffed French toast. He said it was really good! He just wished there was a little more banana. But he said it was still good. My husband got the corned beef hash, eggs and friend rice. The corned beef was crispy. The friend rice was tasty and the eggs were cooked to perfection. Service was amazing! Food was delicious! Portions are spot on! All-in-all this is a great place to check out!! I'd definitely recommend coming here!!

Me and my husband ordered the corn beef hash eggs Benedict, which I was told made from their home made beef brisket, bomb! I tasted a bite of my s.i.l. stuffed creme cheese and blueberry French toast, bomb and tasted my daughter's waffles, bomb. Wow, there's nothing to complain about. All the food that everyone ordered on my table all looked bomb and everyone mopped their plates because you know, bomb! Service is eggcelent lol! All of the servers that worked there were collectively accommodating and swift (that doesn't always happen everywhere), much appreciated! The wait to get in is long, but isn't bad at all. You know if I were you, I'd wait to get in to this place because service is quality and warming. You get what the true experience of what it should be at every restaurant! Parking in front can be intimidating, but plenty of side street parking no problem. Oh and you know what is a good indicator that the food is gonna be delicious is when there's family portraits on the wall. Ambiance is cozy with good vibes that matches everything in this place! Every time I pass by this place, it was always long lines to get in so I kind of avoided it because the lines look intimidating. Finally, took the time to bring my family and see what this place was all about and was not disappointed. We didn't have to wait that long which I was pleased because they turn tables pretty quickly from the time that we've arrived at the cafe give or take 20 minutes wait for a nine top table, but I realized it's because service is efficient! Gotta have breakfast here...more than twice!

You KNOW it's going to be a sweet day when.... You find free parking across the street.... There's only 2 parties ahead of you... get seated right away.. Coffee is piping hot and BOLD, needing that instant pick me up.. You can build your own breakfast that always includes one stuffed banana French Toast, an egg, and today was kalua pork. OH my GOSH...the kalua pork is going to be something I will CRAVE again. Thanks to Sweet E's...It's going to be a Sweet Day

Corned beef hash eggs Benedict!! You can't go wrong with pretty much anything on their menu, but every time I end up ordering the same thing. Stuffed French toast and Corned beef hash eggs Benedict. The service here is amazing! They seem to work in a team system so don't be surprised if multiple people are helping you. Because this place is so good there can be a long wait time around peak hours(8am-11am). I'd recommend coming early or waiting till the rush kinder calms down if you don't want to wait 20-30min to get seated. They have a small parking lot that holds maybe 8 cars so don't be surprised if you have to circle around or look for street parking. BYOB establishment! No need to spend crazy money on mimosas when you can bring in your own champagne and order various juices there. It can get a little noisy inside, so not an ideal place if you're looking for something intimate, but frankly that's one of the things I love about Sweet Es. It's a somewhat casual spot that's a perfect place for breakfast w the gals, family, or your significant other...shoot I even see solo diners eating here!! It's just a really comfortable environment.

Saw the other reviews people have gave and thought why not. me and my family in Hawaii for vacation so decided to check this place out. The food was fantastic and the service was amazing. the waitors were more than happy to go over every meal without us even asking and explaining the best combos. even gave us some coconut syrup for free saying" we don't normally have this in stock but here you go". all in all the food amazing and service fantastic. pls come.

So I made a friend on the plane ride from Australia to Honolulu and we both were a bit stranded so we ubered to Sweet E's Cafe. We decided to share corn beef, hashbrowns, and egg whites. It was delicious and the perfect amount of food since we weren't that hungry and it was early still. It reminded me of my mom's cooking growing up as a filipina american girl. Since we were waiting on friends to pick us up, we had our bags but the waiter was nice enough to let us leave them at the restaurant while we went to Waikiki in the mean time. Service was excellent and the ambiance was amazing! I'll be coming back when I'm on island!

My all time favorite brunch spot. Sweet E's embodies what all brunch places should be: cozy and delicious. This is an everyday, 7am-2pm breaky-lunch spot. There are no reservations and wait times can be for 30 minutes - 1 hour at peak times on the weekend. But a wait is no reason to not stop by here. I'll usually drop by with friends on a weekday for brunch and will wait 30 minutes tops for a table, not bad! Parking: minimal in the front. But there is street parking along the sides of the road. I love this place so much that even if there isn't parking in the front or on the street, I'll park at the shopping center that's a 5 min walk away. Food: AHHH I get a delicious meal every time. I order an everyday breakfast basically every brunch place I go, but this places corned beef hash and hash browns is hands down a favorite. Tried out a kalua pork Benedict that had a creamy hollandaise, a definite order again. Also have tried their pancakes plenty of times here and loved it... but today was the first time trying their French toast! STUFFED blueberries and cream cheese French toast?! It was the perfect bite of sweet and crispy! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu! Service is perfect every time I go. The staff are just so casual and welcoming. Last visit I had, I brought Prosecco to make mimosas with a friend and they brought me an ice bucket without me asking. My friend brought her 1 yo daughter and they brought out a container of toys to be entertained by. I'll definitely be back, like next month haha

Great breakfast and brunch spot! We're vegetarian and were able to find options. - Buttermilk pancake was fluffy and perfect! - Side of fruit was fresh. I asked for bananas separate from berries (since I don't like bananas but my husband does!) and they were able to fulfill the request. - Hash Brown was so crispy and delicious! - The Grilled vegetable sandwich with pesto aioli and a side of chips was a tasty savory option. There was a wait usually, and you'll have to wait in your car probably as there's no waiting area. Parking situation may be a little tight, but we were able to find a spot and wait for our table. Highly recommend this place!
